What is an r-address?

An r-address is a public wallet address on the XRP Ledger. It always starts with the letter r, like a house number that anyone can see. You can safely share your r-address so people can send you XRP or tokens. Never share your secret key, seed, or recovery phrase — that is like giving someone the keys to your house.

What is a trustline?

XRP itself does not need a trustline. Other tokens do. A trustline is you saying: “I am willing to hold this token from this issuer.” Until that line exists, the network will not deliver that token to your wallet. Always check the issuer address — the same ticker from a different issuer is a different token.

What is a reserve?

The network keeps a small amount of XRP locked so an account can stay open (base reserve) and so each extra object you own — trustline, offer, escrow, and so on — has a little owner reserve. Your total XRP balance includes that locked part; only the remainder is freely spendable.

What is an NFT on XRPL?

An NFT (non-fungible token) on the XRP Ledger is a unique digital item — think of a one-of-a-kind collectible or badge, not a pile of identical coins. Wallets can hold NFTs, mint them, or transfer them via offers. This scanner shows NFTs currently in a wallet and recent mint / offer / accept / burn activity when the public ledger provides it.
